Description

Most E60 M5's will produce in the region of 500-506bhp (flywheel) on our dyno. With the ECU remap we see powers of upto 535bhp once an adaptation time period has elapsed on a standard car, more on a modified one.

Through careful remapping of the factory BMW DME tables, various elements such as ignition timing, fuel delivery, and part throttles are reworked to create performance gains.

The result is an E60 M5 which feels far sharper and pulls harder through the rev band.

On top of this we can also offer the option of engine management light deletion for those with exhaust modifications.

Our engine tuning philosophy is to improve driveability and enjoyment. We do this by giving an increase in power and torque for the whole rev range, and not just a 'glory' BHP figure found at high rpm where you don't spend the majority of your time. Our figures are also very conservative and can easily be replicated on other dynos.

Gloss Carbon Fibre – The standard high-gloss carbon fibre finish.
Matte Carbon Fibre – A smooth, “flat” finish that provides a more subtle and refined look. Example

Forged Carbon Fibre – Features a unique, non-traditional weave pattern, offering enhanced strength but requiring more material to produce. Example

Great spoiler

I purchased the ‘ZELE Style Carbon Fibre Boot Spoiler for Toyota GT86’. It looks great on the car, came exceptionally well packaged, and arrived slightly before the estimated lead time given to me by Carbon factory. Overall good communication from Carbon factory themselves. I love the look of it on my 86, the Carbon is extremely lightweight and looks the part.
Only negatives I found were the spoiler had very very minor defects on it from the manufacturing process but you have to look very closely to even spot these and kind of have to expect that not everything is perfect! And when offered up to the car the fitment wasn’t 100% perfect either with the right hand side not flush and showing a small gap between it and boot when laid flat on the rear of the car as it should sit. Luckily with a good install company such as Project Customs in Leeds (authorised fitter) they had no problems fitting it so I cannot complain and hence if possible I’d give 4.5*. I would return for other parts if needed. Thank you.
