Ordered 2 kits

Ordered 2 kits.High gloss One for 26 BMW X5 and the other 26 5 series touring. 5 series took about 5 weeks to deliver.
No problem with the X5 kit. Nice fit. Looks great. The 5 series kit , namely the top tailgate spoiler and one of the sill covers were very poor finish. Uneven mould , dents high spots low spots ,impressions in the plastic.
However , when I highlighted this to the after sales team they were absolutely brilliant. No mucking about. They were on the ball and had two new parts sent out asap. No questions asked.
They did not even want the old items returned so as not to give me any more hassle trying to package and return.
The new parts , although better were still not ideal but I decided to keep them and re prep them myself.
The rest of the kit on the 5 series was fine. No issues.
I do appreciate non oe items are not going to be 100% will need to accept a wee bit of wiggle room when fitting or not a perfect finish. But the original spoilers were beyond repair.
The new ones I could work with.
But let me reiterate, the after sales were brilliant and cannot fault them at all…. Just a pity I cannot give them the 5 stars the after sales deserve. … sorry guys.
