Abnormal shape which does not fit the car

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt I had to for this. I was excited to fit my new spoiler onto my BMW 128ti. I opened the box, fitted the legs of the spoiler and went to attach it to the car to find out that the outer edges sit way higher than it should. I have asked others who have bought the same spoiler and said it should never be that high. I contacted customer services to find out that they think it just needs stuck down with adhesive, but I am 100% confident that adhesive will not keep this spoiler stuck to the car, nor do I want to try to end up with hard adhesive all over my car.

I thought the price of the spoiler was fantastic and delivery was excellent. It’s just a shame about the customer service and quality of the spoiler.

As mentioned in our communication, the slight lift on the outer edges is a normal design feature, consistent with the factory version of this spoiler. It is intended to be bonded using automotive adhesive, just like the original factory one and as per the original instructions. We also recommended having it professionally installed by one of our authorised fitters to ensure proper fitment and finish.
